Job Options, Inc. is a San Diego based non-profit organization that provides real employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Founded in 1987, Job Options now employs 500 people with disabilities, and continue supports them throughout their careers with work-related rehabilitation, such as skills and accommodation assessment.

The 2017-2018 Annual Report features one of Job Options' employees, Steve Credle, a long-time advocate for disability rights. He gives voice to people with disabilities, such as that they have the rights to choose the best working environment for their special individual needs. By introducing the sound wave elements throughout the annual report, we were able to capture the spirit of Steve Credle's mission: to spread the word for the people who are so often overlooked in society.
